We are looking for the best chef in the Three Counties. This chef must demonstrate real passion for The Three Counties produce and for his or her craft. Judges will be looking at menus, technical ability, quality and taste. This award is open to professional chefs of any age.
Entries to this award will be judged by our panel of judges and the finalists and winner decided solely from the information in the judging pack.
