Entrants can be a cheese, milk, yogurt or cream from a the Three Counties producer. All entries must be made in The Three Counties, using predominantly The Three Counties produce. Entrants will be required to nominate one product from their range and samples will be required for judging.

Entries to this award will be judged by our panel of judges and the finalists and winner decided solely from the information in the judging pack.
