GREYHOUND went on a nine-try rampage as they romped to victory in Midlands Five West (South).

The Hounds were quickly out of the traps to establish a 36-point lead at the interval.

And there was little let-up in the second period as the city side cruised to victory.

There were two tries apiece for Dave Bromage and Rob Chance while Ali Paton, Jamie Gibbons, Mike Weaver, Luke Williams and Rob Gummer also crossed for scores.

Bromage kicked six conversions and a penalty.

Greyhound also hosted Ledbury 3rd in a friendly where the city club’s development side were beaten 15-5. Ian Callaghan scored a try. Anyone interested in playing for the development side should contact Allan Braithwaite on 07775 724365.
