Chance to stop back in time at Brilley

AN historic 17th century property in Herefordshire is to open its doors this weekend.

Cwmmau Farmhouse, a black and white timber-framed property in Brilley, will be open from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Visitors will be to join free guided tours or simply explore the property for themselves.

The farmhouse shows the development of an estate from the 17th century to the present day and is only open to the public on eight afternoons each year.

Admission is free for National Trust members, £3.80 for adults, £1.90 for children and £9.50 for families.
