HISTORY WALK - The group's spring walk tonight (Thursday) will mix local history with wild flowers. Catch Yeoman’s last bus from Fownhope at 6.44pm to Mordiford (fare £1.50) for a leisurely walk past the old mill.

Hear about the disastrous floods of 1811, see Scutterdine quarry and lime-kilns, hear about the old township of Littlehope, and about farming today at Hope Springs, with a visit to the bluebells in Nupend Wood if time permits. Back in Fownhope just after 9pm.
