AN experienced civil litigator with more than 20 years experience has joined the Hereford legal practice Lanyon Bowdler.
Suzanne Lowe is a qualified civil and family mediator and for six years was a part time lecturer on the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in Leicester, teaching the civil litigation and personal injury modules.
Suzanne owns Talk Mediation Ltd which is situated in Hereford. She will continue to run this business, working for Lanyon Bowdler two-and-a-half days a week.
Brian Evans, partner and head of the firm’s dispute resolution team, said: “I have known Suzanne for a number of years and admire how she explores, where appropriate, viable alternatives to litigation.
"Our team is recognised for its expertise in evaluating legal problems and the use of excellent negotiation skills, which usually means cases are resolved well before a trial, and often without having to start court proceedings.”
Suzanne joins several other new faces at St Martin’s Street in Hereford, where Lanyon Bowdler is expanding the number of fee earners based at their new offices.
