New shape of youth offending service

HEREFORDSHIRE’S youth offending service becomes part of a larger organisation from this week.

A reorganisation of the service throughout the West Mercia region sees a single entity – with its boundaries aligned to those of the region’s police and crown prosecution services – replacing individual bodies.

The new service will be managed by West Mercia Probation Trust and headed by Keith Barham, previously head of service for Worcester and Hereford YOS.
