Break-in at Leominster Community Centre

LEOMINSTER Community Centre has been broken into for the second time in a matter of weeks.

Thieves broke into the School Road building between 10pm last Tuesday (September 18) and 8am Wednesday morning.

They then took a number of items, including a Sony Vaio laptop, a black HPP computer and around £30 in cash.

“This is actually the second time this premises has been targeted in recent weeks and police are very keen to identify the offenders as soon as they can,” said police spokesman Chris Ammonds.

“Forensic work has been carried out at the scene while CCTV is also being studied in an attempt to identify the individuals responsible.”
