A BUILDING fire has caused traffic to slow on Belmont Road, Hereford.
Fire crews were called to a flat in Meadow Close at 7.05am today.
Reports say the A465 Belmont Road is partially blocked at A49 Cross Street because of smoke blowing across the road.
