ROADWORKS have caused problems on a busy Hereford road this morning (November 9).
The left-hand lane leading to the Tesco roundabout is closed near the Old Market in Edgar Street.
It has led to static traffic as drivers try and get into the right-hand lane.
National Highways started the work yesterday (November 8) with it expected to finish tomorrow (November 10). There will be a lane closure between 9.30am and 3pm as the agency carries out essential electrical work.
RELATED NEWS:
It is not the only set of roadworks that have caused problems in the city this week.
Temporary lights outside the BP garage in Rotherwas has also led to delays, especially at rush hour as drivers struggle to get off the roundabout.
The work is being carried out by Energetics Electricity, with it also set to be completed by tomorrow (November 10.)
