A SUMMER fete in Herefordshire is set to make a return for the first time in three years.
Belmont Abbey, in Belmont, Hereford, will be holding its parish summer fete this Saturday, June 25.
The theme of the fete is ‘together again’, which is so important for everyone connected with Belmont Abbey, said a spokesperson from Belmont Abbey parish.

“The pandemic meant that the church was closed for a long time, and the fete was cancelled in 2020 and 2021,” said the spokesperson.
“This year it is great that people can take part, share and be together after what has been a difficult and long time without such a popular community event.”
It will begin at 2pm and people can expect a range of attractions including wildlife mini zoo, Josh Hooper magician, a bouncy castle, Joey the Jester and Loublou, children’s races, and family games.
Stalls include books, bric a brac, plants, toys and games, bottles, and crafts and cakes.
