PLANS for a 35-home development in a Herefordshire village remain in the balance.
Bayhill Property Developments’ idea for Kingstone would have a “huge negative impact” on the area according to members of Herefordshire Council’s planning committee.
But the matter was deferred for a further report on issues including sustainability.
Almost 70 objection letters were sent in by the public while 84 per cent of residents attending a public meeting last year said they were against the development.
