TWO men will show they are made of tough stuff by attempting to do 2,000 press-ups in three hours.

Elliot Bee and Oliver Chapman will perform the feat of endurance on Saturday in Hereford’s High Town to raise money towards a St Michael’s Hospice visit to Tanzania.

The pair, both 22, are due to visit the African country in September as part of the hospice’s aim of creating a specialist palliative care centre at a local hospital.

Oliver, from Ledbury, is a selfemployed personal trainer and Elliot, who lives in Ullingswick, is director of AshBee Activities.

There are still some places left on the trip but participants need to sign up by next Thursday, January 31. Other active volunteers are also invited to take part in the press-up challenge in Hereford.
