READERS have inundated the Hereford Times with suggestions on how Herefordshire Council can save £10 million.

Last week we revealed the local authority's "Make Your Own Cuts" offer to the public to cover the shortfall in its 2013/14 budget.

Council leader Councillor John Jarvis said “everything is on the table” over savings in an unprecedented consultation affecting every man, woman and child in the county.

The responses have flooded into the newsroom while others have made their feelings know on the newspaper’s website.
