PLANS to build 35 homes on greenfield land in Kingstone have been submitted to Herefordshire Council.
Bayhill Property Developments wants to build the properties on land close to Whitehouse Drive.
A public consultation was held in March when 57 homes were initially earmarked.
But concern was raised over parking and the potential increase in traffic meaning the applicants reduced the size of the plan to 35 homes.
