HARRY Bengough is "back home" having taken his talents to Birmingham, London and Hong Kong.

Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) brought Harry back to boost its banking, restructuring and insolvency department - which is keeping busy right now.

Harry is one of three new recruits to the leading regional law firm's Hereford office.

Since leaving Leominster, Harry has worked in Birmingham, London and Hong Kong.

At HCR he'll be an associate solicitor having jumped at the chance to help build the firm's banking and finance practice.

"I was looking for a new and exciting challenge. I felt this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up," said Harry.

"The firm has a very distinctive and entrepreneurial ethos which I believe is mirrored by the Herefordshire business community," he said.

Harry joins Zoë Green who comes to HCR from Masefield Solicitors, Ledbury to work with the agriculture and rural affairs team.

Zoë, too, said she was looking for a new challenge in the county she's "fallen in love with" since first arriving in 2012.

David Ashcroft joins HCR's commercial team as a consultant offering has extensive experience in both private practice and commerce in London.

He said he was drawn to HCR by the firm's reputation for attracting "high quality work and clients".

Matt Hayes, Partner and Head of HCR's Hereford office said the new appointments highlighted the success of the office over the past year.
