KATH Handby has written movingly in fulsome praise of the alleged qualities of our “unusual” MP, Jesse Norman (Letters, March 21).

This shows commendable loyalty as she also happens to be his election agent and publisher of his recent leaflet.
Of course, her employer is now a published author of fiction so perhaps he had a hand in the wording too.
