Hereford boss Martin Foyle thought his side well merited their point at Sincil Bank after a 1-1 draw with Lincoln City.
“We thoroughly deserved a draw and it would have been a travesty had we got nothing from the game,” said the United boss.
“They are a very hard side to play against. They are giants and very physical but we bossed the game.
“We got a little bit of luck towards the end but we should probably have capitalised on one or two a little bit earlier.”
Now he’s looking forward to keeping Hereford’s good recent run going against Halifax at Edgar Street on Tuesday night.
“Halifax are another team of giants with their long-throws,” he said. “We have to match that and if we do then hopefully we can get something out of the game.”
