TOMMY Agombar has resigned as a director of Hereford United Football Club.

Companies House have confirmed they received Agombar’s termination form yesterday (Tuesday).

However, it is understood that Agombar is still involved with the Bulls.

David Keyte remains the only director of Hereford United, who are trying to secure a spot in the Southern League Premier Division for next season.

Companies House spokesman Sarah Wilson told the Hereford Times: “I can confirm that, in the past two weeks, Companies House have received termination forms for two directors of the company.

"The TM01 form for Mr David Preedy was received at Companies House on 11/06/2014 and the TM01 form for Mr Thomas Agombar was received on 17/06/2014.”

Did I just see an video interview with Mr Agombar stating categorically that Mr Keyte had nothing more to do with HUFC, now we learn he is the only director. Why do one people like these insist on lying. Mr Keyte should also resign and let someone who has a genuine interest in football and not money take over.

Just shows that Amgobar is not to be trusted . Saying on Monday Keyte wasn't a director anymore, but clearly not the case. Think and hope the best thing that could happen is Hereford United 1939 is liquidated ,and a new Hereford starts with the supporters running the club

I doubt if the Southern league will entertain all this so we may be playing at an even lower level. Isn't there a deadline to register wit a league

The Southern Football League for the 2014-15 season, the League will accept Hereford United inclusion into the competition to play in its Premier Division, subject to the club meeting certain criteria within a time frame imposed by the League."

The deadline for meeting those criteria, which include passing the Football Association's Owners and Directors test, formerly the Fit and Proper Persons test, is Friday of this week.

What an absolute mess we are in.
The news keeps changing and seems to be getting worse!
I feel so sad for all the fans who turn up every match and have worked so hard to shore up the club.
Was it all for nothing?

If you're reading this Tommy then I can tell you that the last bit of faith I or anyone else had in you has now gone.As most people who saw you in that video say that Keyt has nothing to do with the club then we all find out he's still a director..Nuf said.

I believe this is tactical.
Tommy Agombar will not pass the fit and proper persons test.
Keyte has to stay on because otherwise the club will have no directors available to register with the league and be legally responsible.

The moment of truth concerning the Conference has been and gone.
The next moment of truth is at the end of the week when the Southern league decide whether to accept Hereford United. If he pays the footballing debts then we are good. If not, then we know where we stand.
