HEREFORD United picked up an important point on Tuesday night with a 1-1 draw at Grimsby to earn a boost going into Saturday's must-win game with relegated Hyde at Edgar Street.
The Bulls, who have now gone eight games without a victory, are five points clear of the drop zone but three points on Saturday would keep them clear of danger.
United then travel to Wrexham next Tuesday looking for revenge for the 2-0 defeat they suffered earlier this month.
Danny Leadbitter will be a doubt for the weekend after an early injury forced his substitution in the 24th minute at Blundell Park.
