The atmosphere Friday night was fantastic and the feeling after the game was even better!

Everyone involved from players to fans deserved that win and we can now start to build on our home form. This will be crucial to our season and we need to make it a fortress between us all.

I was delighted with our character after a dubious penalty decision. Marlon’s strike was an absolute peach and worthy of winning any game of football.

My first scar for Hereford is already on the way after being elbowed after 15 minutes on Friday!

No way was I coming off and the stitches will be out Saturday!

Yet I’m starting to think I’ve run over a black cat!

Tuesday night’s game against Tamworth proved even worse after 10 minutes, their striker pushes me into Dan Hanford!

Losing strength in my right shoulder for the rest of the game was difficult and I’m sure it showed. Yet with the lack of height on the bench, I had to stay on and use my experience to get through it.

I know the extent of my injury but with this Blog proving so popular I can’t say too much in case information is leaked!!

It’s fair to say I’ll be gutted if I can’t lead us out at any point this season and I know I can be a big player for us injury free for 90 minutes!

Tuesday night’s game ended up being a lot tougher than it needed to be. Marlon will get the hero to villain tag and rightly so.

We know he can be a match winner and he will learn from it. He’s apologised and we move on.

Dan ‘the man’ Hanford came of age for us and I was delighted to have him behind us.

We are proving hard to beat and working hard. With 11 men on the pitch we have been winning both matches and looking strong defensively.

The travelling supporters were awesome and we will need the same support against Alfreton on Saturday please!

With Harry Pell’s little brother ‘Tom Nicholls’ joining us on loan for a month from Exeter, the house is certainly full now!

There is a real battle for the ‘TOWIE’ sweep over going on between Pelly, Will and now Tom!

With there so much to do in Hereford…the house had an adventure down to the ‘TGS’ bowling alley. With the lanes out of action, we moved upstairs to the 1880’s pool tables.

A mini tournament commenced with one hour of action, three tables and six6 players (Clucas, Dalibard, Carruthers, Graham, Jackson and Nicholls).

I started on the ‘Sunday league’ table and worked my way up to the premier league table several times.

Two players in particular caught my eye for the wrong reasons…Bruno and Marlon!

Anyone would think that Bruno took them on a romantic day out Paris; they were in love with that Sunday league table!

The eventual winner was CC, who beat Sam in the final game, so we shared the winnings, hustled?!!
