Hereford under-14 put on an outstanding display of structured rugby at Shrewsbury on Sunday to win through to the North Midlands cup final.

After absorbing sustained pressure in the opening 10 minutes, Hereford made a break from inside their own half to run in a fine score.

From then on, the Hereford pack was dominant, consistently releasing the backs with quick ball. Hereford ran in four further tries to conclude a 27-0 win.

This result followed the success on Saturday of Hereford Colts who battled through to the semi-final of the North Midlands plate with a 16-3 victory over Stourbridge.
