LUCTONIANS drew 15-15 at Caldy in National 2 League North today, while Hereford earned a hard-fought 22-17 win against Burton in Midlands 1 West.

Lucs' was a good point against a side who are third in the division, but with Broadstreet beating Tyndale, the Mortimer Park side now find themselves three points adrift at the foot of the table.

Luctonians face Preston, who are 12th, at home next week before going to Broadstreet.

Hereford's win sees them placed in sixth place in their league.

Elsewhere, Ledbury have moved to the top of Midlands 3 West (South) following a 55-14 victory at Harbury. The county side have won all their six games this season.

Bromyard are third in Midlands 4 West (North) thanks to a 39-19 victory at Aston Old Edwardians, but Greyhound slipped to their second succesive defeat, losing 31-26 to St Leonards.

In Gloucester 2 of the South West division, Ross-on-Wye lost 30-10 to Old Colstonians.
