THE Herefordshire Athletics Association's Track and Field Championships finished with 10,000m, 5,000m and one-mile races.
Hereford Couriers dominated the men's category, with Tom Grady winning the 10,000m in 36 minutes 16.8 seconds, Eliott Taylor prevailing in the 5,000m in a time of 16:30.1 and Charlie Jones coming top in the one-mile race in 4:56.6.
The veteran men age group was a clean sweep for Jeremy Jehan, of Wye Valley, who won all three events.
Another triple win was recorded by Gintare Gaigalene, with the Wye Valley Runner winning all three races in the veteran women category.
The senior women age group for the 5,000m and 10,000m events was won by Jane Hayde, also of Wye Valley.
