HEREFORD & County Athletics Club saw a number of good performances in the latest Welsh Under-15 League match.
Callum Hoare won the 100m sprint in convincing fashion and was also victorious in the 'B' race of the 200m.
Fellow Under-15 athlete Matt Glancy was second in the 100m 'B' race, scoring valuable points for the club.
Kimberley Marston came top in the Under-15 shot but hamstring problems saw her ruled out of the 200m./
Megan Chandler won the 'B' javelin, but the performance of the day went to Cwmbran athlete Angel Brown, who ran the fastest 100m by an Under-13 Welsh athlete this year.
Hereford, who hosted the event, finished fifth overall and will go to the Plate Final along with Cwmbran Harriers and Rhymney ValleyAC in Newport on August 22.
