HEREFORD FC'S Pablo Haysham says he's had to adapt his game a lot this season.

The Bulls player maker has been playing on the left hand side, with John Mills and Mike Symons the front two pairing.

"It is different on the left and I'm trying to progress and learn my game and do the best I can out there," said Haysham.

"Jenks [Steve Jenkins] and the gaffer [Pete Beadle] are helping me and advising me on how I can get into positions to score.

"I scored against Swindon [Supermarine] and Larkhall, so I like to think that I'm learning and trying to develop my game out here."

Haysham admits it was always going to replace dynamic duo Mustapha Bundu and Sirdic Grant and the Bulls players know players will always come and go.

"With a squad like this where there are so many good players, I'm just happy to be involved and to do my best for the club wherever I am," said Haysham.

"It is always a little bit difficult when there's new faces, but it's been that way from the start because of the club and the attraction it has.

"Players are aware of it, it's always sad to see people who you've been with and become friends with go, but it's part of football.

"We're all professional and conduct ourselves really well.

"With the characters we've got, like the older heads such as Greener [Ryan Green] and Purds [Rob Purdie], they get everyone together and the gaffer does a great job in integrating anyone that comes in."

Haysham added that it's always a pleasure to play at Edgar Street, but can be difficult to break some teams down.

"It can be tough sometimes when teams come here and park the bus a little bit and it can be frustrating for the fans sometimes," he said.

"It's our job to try and excite them

"We see the very best in every side we play against, there are not many teams that buckle, so credit to the boys because they stand up to it week in, week out and picking up results."
