BARTESTREE made it seven games unbeaten with a 4-3 victory at Leominster Town in an end-to-end encounter.

The match was one of two games to beat the weather in the Herefordshire County League Premier Division and was settled by a Harry Waybourne strike 10 minutes from time.

Stuart New netted a brace for Bartestree and Liam Watton two for Leominster as the teams kept pulling each other back.

Connor Bufton was the other scorer for the hosts and Levi Ellis netted a wonder goal for Bartestree.

In the other tie to beat the weather substitutes Scott Bruton and Jamie Davies both scored to give Hereford Lads Club Reserves a 2-1 victory over neighbours Westfields Reserves.

High-flying Tenbury Town took another step towards the Division One title after a convincing 5-1 victory at Hinton Reserves.

Declan Bright netted a brace for the runaway league leaders while Mark Boucker, Jack Farrar and substitute Andre Pereira were also on the scoresheet.

Their gap at the top increased to 11 points after third place Holme Lacy Reserves beat Hereford City 2-1 in the battle for the runners-up spot.

The Kington Town Reserves vs Ludlow Colts match was also beaten by the weather.

Burghill Rangers missed a chance to go top of Division Two after they were held 1-1 at Civil Service.

Michael Olive netted for the leaders and Jamie Jones for the hosts.

Jamie Watkins scored a brace as Bartestree Reserves were 5-1 winners over Withington.

Martin Davies, Greg Edwards and substitute James Titley also scored for the hosts while Jamie Richardson netted in response.

David Wall was the hat-trick hero as Toros beat Shobdon 8-2 while strike partner Owen Goode also netted two.

Finally Leominster Reserves drew 2-2 with Hereford City Reserves.
