SEAN Edwards was delighted with his sides ‘clinical’ attitude after they waltzed into the next round of the FA Cup with a 5-1 hammering of Tividale.

The hosts were 2-0 to the good within 12 minutes after James Baldwin put his side ahead on two minutes before Richard Greaves doubled their lead.

It was three after just 18 minutes thanks to Dylan Bonella’s free-kick from the edge of the box which curled low around the wall and into the net.

Left winger Aidan Thomas’ gave the visitors trouble all afternoon and his pin-point cross found Jamie Molyneux who rifled home his sides fourth.

Within 25 minutes it was five and Baldwin’s second as he dinked the ball over a helpless Tom Haywood.

Tividale regained some pride with a consolation goal when Lewis McPike’s 34th minute penalty was saved down low by Keiron Blackburn before he slotted home the rebound.

Despite a stronger second half showing it was a task too big for Tividale as they were knocked out.
