The life of Edward Price will be celebrated at Kington Cricket Club
KINGTON Cricket Club are to hold a special event next Sunday to commemorate the time Edward Price spent at the club.
Price was a player, captain and committee member for over 30 years and was coaching stalwart in the county.
The clubhouse at the Recreation Ground will be open from 2pm and there will be a T20 match played, with the teams captained by Edward's two sons Owen and Rhys.
Refreshments will be available throughout, Food, while after the match, there will be time to reflect on and celebrate the enormous influence Price had on cricket in Herefordshire.
