Matthew Grisman, 23, works for M&M Sports: “I thought we were poor in the first-half but Simon Davey must have said something to them at half-time because we got the ball down and started to play a bit of football.
For the first time this season, we played some decent stuff and, but for some poor refereeing decisions, we would have got a point or maybe even three. There was plenty to feel positive about in the second half. Sean Canham played very well and chased every lost cause, hitting the target when he had chances.”
Nathan Morris, 21, is an accountant: “We lacked a bit of quality in the first half but we were all over Rotherham in the second half and we would have been good value for a draw.
But we just couldn’t get that elusive goal. Stuart Fleetwood put in a lot of effort and never gave up – we should have had a penalty when he was brought down, it was definitely inside, not outside, the box. I’m looking forward to the trip to Burton where, hopefully, we can get a goal and three points.”
