A COURSE to help young people assist with the running of a football team will be starting in Hereford in November.
The FA Junior Football Organisers’ (JFO) course is tailored towards young people aged between 14 and 18 years.
The course will give young people the skills to lead groups of young people, aged between six and 11 years, under the supervision of an FA-qualified coach.
It is being held at the Herefordshire FA, between 6.30pm and 9pm, on November 6, 13, 20, 27 and December 4 and 11.
The JFO course is a stepping stone towards the FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football.
All those wanting to take part in the JFO course should submit their applications by October 17.
