HEREFORD FC will be presented with the Southern League Division One South & West title following the final home game of the season against Winchester City on April 22.
The Bulls were crowned champions following a 4-0 win at Salisbury last Saturday.
Hereford will also face the winners of the Central Division on April 29.
Pete Beadle's side are almost certain to face Royston Town, with the match being played at the ground of the team that has accumulated the most points.
Hereford 93 points from 36 games, while Royston have 92 from 37.
