HEREFORD motor rally team Peter Lewis and Alan Jones will be taking to the military ranges over Epynt in mid-Wales on Sunday at the Harry Flatters Rally, organised by Brecon Motor Club.
The intrepid duo will tackle 75 miles of special stages in their Ford Escort RS2000, over fast and difficult tarmac, against 130 other competitors.
The team have secured sponsorship from city solicitors Humfrys & Symonds, who have supported Herefordshire Motor Club events in the past and for whom Peter works as a locum property solicitor.
Director Andrew Johnson said: “Rallying has a strong following in Herefordshire and the surrounding area, so it’s a great way to get our name out there.
"We’re right behind the H&S team and wish Peter and Alan well.”
