LADS Club fought back against a resilient Team Dudley side to gain an important 2-1 win in Division One of the West Midlands League.
Ryan Spittle had given Dudley the lead but the game's turning point came when the visitors' Jahmal Patterson was sent off for a foul on Liam Jones.
The home side drew level when player-manager Danny Moon headed in a Kalum Wildig cross at the far post.
And the winner came from Steve Dixon after good work by Josh Pugh and Matt Maturi.
"Again our approach play was good but we really need to put our chances away," said Lads Club assistant manager Richie Jones.
Lads Club are now fourth, 10 points behind leaders Bromyard Town, who beat Penncroft 5-2.
Bartestree also won 5-2, against Wem Town, and are now up to 11th place in the table.
