Goodrich missed the chance to close up at the top when they were beaten by 97 runs at Builth Wells.

Sam Williams (66) was Builth's top-scorer in their 197-8 but the home hero was seamer Paul Greenway, who scorched through the Goodrich line-up with a spell of 8-47.

Kington's Wayne Morgan was another bowler in form, snaring 6-35 as his team beat Brockhampton 3rd by seven wickets.
