BULLS chairman David Keyte has paid tribute to his predecessor Graham Turner who has stepped down as manager of League 1 side Shrewsbury Town.
"Graham has been the best lower league manager of the last 20 years and has proved that both with Hereford and Shrewsbury," he said.
"His work at Hereford kept the level of football far higher than the structure then warranted."
Turner stood down with the Shropshire side just above the League 1 drop zone. His former Hereford assistants John Trewick and Tony Ford have also departed.
