FC Phoenix girls midfielder Demi Edwards is making rapid progress in the football world.
Although still 12 years old, the St Mary's RC School pupil has been selected for the South Wales under-14 squad who were due to meet North Wales at Aberystwyth last night.
Demi, who is also a member of the Herefordshire development squad, underwent trials with 60 other girls at Aberdare before being selected as the youngest member of the 18-strong South Wales under-14 squad.
