YOUNG book lovers gathered at Malvern Library on Saturday for a special presentation.
Malvern mayor Cynthia Palmer paid a visit to the Graham Road library to award medals to children who had successfully completed this year's summer reading challenge.
Over 200 children successfully completed the challenge, which this year had the theme Animal Agents, collecting stickers, bookmarks and wristbands along the way.
Amanda Duncan, team leader at the library, said: "As we celebrate Nation Libraries Week, it is heart-warming to know that the humble book still has a place in our children's lives."
