A ONE-off session looking into a breathing rehabilitation technique will be held in Hereford next Monday (5th).
Visitors to Hereford Leisure Centre on Holmer Road will be given a demonstration in Buteyko, which organisers say can help people with breathing disorders such as asthma, anxiety, and sleep apnoea.
The two-hour class begins at 6.30pm. Tickets cost £15 and must be booked in advance either online at buteykomethod.co.uk or by calling 0844 357 7373.
