High Noon Services off the A40 in Whitchurch was shut a few weeks ago.
When travelling northbound, the next available petrol station is at Ross-on-Wye.
The services is part of a wider group called High Noon Stores Ltd, which when into adminstration on December 30.
Other stores in the group also closed over the festive period.
