A CHRISTMAS craft session at Queenswood Country Park proved popular with both children and adults on Saturday.
Families visited the beauty spot throughout the day and went around the Gruffalo trail either before or after making festive decorations and gifts to take home with them.
The site's gift shop and visitor centre is now open and fully stocked for Christmas, and Orchard Origins were also on site on Saturday offering free apple juice tastings and blending examples.
There are two bookable craft workshops taking place in December. The first, on December 13, is for adults and includes craft and needle felting, while there will be two workshops for families on December 20.
Festive shopping evenings are also set to take place on December 1, 8 and 15 with special offers, food and drinks.
