A 29-YEAR-old has been fined £300 and disqualified from driving after being caught drug driving.
Dawid Bazydlo of Crest Court, Hereford was stopped by police on March 8 at 11.50am when police said he was driving erratically on Newtown Road in Hereford.
Officers said they could smell cannabis and when tested he was found to have 4.2mg of delta-9-THC (a compound of cannabis) in his system. The legal limit is 2mg.
Rob Macrory, mitigating, said there were no strong mitigating circumstances or aggravating factors.
Bazydlo was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £300 and ordered to pay £135 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
