A LEOMINSTER man has been given another chance by magistrates.
Beau Broadhurst, 41 from Etnam Street pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of vodka worth £40 from The Co-op in Bobblestock.
Hereford Magistrates' Court heard he had 61 offences of theft and had last appeared in court on September 28 and received one-week in jail for theft.
Mark Thompson, defending, said Broadhurst has been assessed by the probation service, which showed he would be suitable for a community order.
Magistrates gave him a nine-month community order with a ten day rehabilitation activity requirement. He was fined £50, told to pay compensation to the Co-op of £40, pay prosecution costs of £135, a victim surcharge of £60 and a criminal court charge of £150.
