LAST week we reported how a Hereford couple planned to travel to Greece to undergo cheaper fertility treatment (IVF).

Herefordshire residents are entitled to only one cycle of IVF on the NHS, despite some counties allowing more.

In this week’s poll at herefordtimes.com, we asked if the number of IVF cycles allowed on the NHS should be the same across the whole country and a majority of 81 per cent of the 515 voters said they thought the number should be the same everywhere.

Eleven per cent disagreed. A further six per cent of people said they did not care and the remaining two per cent said they did not know.
