ON behalf of the animals throughout the county that we help, I would like to thank customers of Tesco’s Belmont store for their generous donations during RSPCA Week (April 30-May 6), and the store staff for their help.
We collected just over £1,700 which is a great amount, although sadly only funds about a week of our work assisting local animals rescued from cruelty and neglect.
We also had large amounts of food donated.
We and the animals always need help in a wide range of roles and anybody interested can contact us on 0845 2002962.
