I RECENTLY had a fall in Hereford and was taken to the accident and emergency department of the County Hospital.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with the utmost care and efficiency.
All the staff, from the administrative staff who greeted me on arrival to the doctors and nursing staff who treated me for a dislocated shoulder, showed great kindness, politeness and respect.
I have since returned for further xrays and advice and the high standard of care continued.
I have written to thank the hospital but would like an opportunity to tell a wider audience of the very good standard of care at Hereford County Hospital.
VALERIE COLEMAN, Eaton Bishop, Herefordshire.
