I WOULD like to extend my thanks to the generous owners of Aylestone Court Hotel, who recently provided the perfect setting to host a meeting of the Acorns Herefordshire family support group.
Family members had a chance to enjoy complementary therapies, relax, unwind and share their experiences. These groups are an important part of the package of emotional and practical care and support that Acorns offers to the whole family.
Since opening its doors 10 years ago, Acorns for the Three Counties in Worcester has provided care to 49 life-limited and life-threatened children across Herefordshire and supported their families. It is through the generosity and support of the local community that we are able to continue our vital work.
