EARLIER this year you were kind enough to feature a walk I was to make from the Pyrenees in France across Spain to Santiago. This was to raise funds for The Yeleni Centre in Hereford’s Blackfriars Street, a local charity that gives free holistic therapies to anyone who is undergoing treatment for any form of cancer.
I completed the 438-mile walk in June, and have been collecting donations both via the Yeleni Centre and Local Giving.
I would like to thank everyone who has donated the amazing total of £1,725 which will help a large number of clients to benefit from therapies at the centre.
All of the money raised will go to Yeleni as I have paid my own expenses. If anyone would still like to donate, the centre in Blackfriars Street will be happy to see you and you will be able to take a look around and see the wonderful work they do.
