Down memory lane at charity dance
LAST month I attended a charity dance for Birmingham Children's Hospital at Leominster British Legion Club.
What a wonderful night. The band New Tricks took us down memory lane with hits of the 1960s and 1970s and duly obliged when the crowd repeatedly wanted more.
The band were supported by the excellent Dean's Disco and the whole evening was enjoyed by a great crowd. I am sure the charity will benefit greatly from this event.
