AN articulated lorry overturned on the Ledbury bypass/New Street roundabout this morning, shortly before 8am.
The lorry was carrying fruit. No one was trapped or hurt.
THE A449, the bypass, was reported to be closed both ways due to the overturned lorry, close to the Full Pitcher pub.
Police called in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Fire and Rescue service.
Firefighters make safe the scene of the road accident by dealing with a fuel spillage.
At 1.54pm, police reported that the overturned lorry had been recovered and that the A449 was fully open.
Police thanked members of the public for their patience.
